Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the product. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.
Payment
We accept payment through our authorized processors, which may include Stripe, WooCommerce Payments, and Affirm financing. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processors to charge the applicable amount, including taxes and shipping. Financing through Affirm is subject to Affirm’s terms and approval.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, freight handling for large ride-on items, and delivery terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.
Returns & Refunds

Product Safety & Age Recommendations
Our ride-on vehicles, electric bikes, go-karts, scooters, and similar products are intended for use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and stated age and weight recommendations. Adult assembly and supervision are required, and appropriate protective equipment (such as helmets) should be worn. You assume all risks associated with the use of these products and are responsible for ensuring they are used safely and lawfully in your area.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Except as expressly stated or required by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carzone Toys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
