At Carzone Toys, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s our return policy:

Return Policy

  1. Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

  2. Item must be unused, in its original box, and in resellable condition

  3. All returns are inspected by the Carzone Toys team before approval

  4. Refunds will only be issued if the product passes inspection

  5. Products that fail inspection will not be refunded

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number

  2. Follow the return instructions and shipping details we provide

  3. Send the product back in its original packaging

  4. Wait for our team to inspect the item

  5. Refund will be processed after approval.

Important Notes

  1. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
  2. Refunds may take 10-15 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  3. Used, damaged, or unpacked items are not eligible for return

Special Conditions & Exceptions

  1. No General Returns → Customers should review product details (size, age suitability, videos) before purchasing

  2. Return Exceptions → Granted only at Carzone’s sole discretion; if approved, return shipping costs are deducted from refund

  3. Shipping Damage Claims → Must be reported to the courier and Carzone within 24 hours with photos and original packaging retained

  4. Warranty Limitations → Batteries and gear motors are  covered under warrant, see Warranty Policy for full coverage details
